The warranty for purchased hardware devices is 1 year. The warranty period starts from the date of shipment of the device.

To exercise warranty rights or submit a claim, the customer must do so in writing and must provide:

  • The defective product;
  • The invoice issued for the purchase of the device;

The warranty is void in the following cases:

  • Improper use, contrary to the operating manual;
  • Incorrect connection to the power supply;
  • Deleted or modified factory settings of the device(s);
  • Repairs, upgrades, or other modifications performed by persons not authorized by Clock;
  • Defects caused directly or indirectly by the use of parts not sold by Clock or the device manufacturer.

Clock’s service team will repair devices that are within the warranty period and subject to warranty service within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the device at a Clock office.

If the issue cannot be resolved within the mentioned timeframe, Clock will replace the product with a new unit of the same type. If the original product is no longer in stock, it will be replaced with a technically equivalent alternative.

In the case of a warranty replacement of a device or part, the defective item becomes the property of Clock.

Clock is not responsible for compensating the customer for any inconvenience caused by the product being out of service during the repair period.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper usage (including, but not limited to, exceeding the device’s intended capacity or functionality);
  • Accidents;
  • Tampering;
  • Physical breakage;
  • Excessive mechanical stress resulting in internal or external damage;
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters;
  • Theft;
  • Extreme temperatures;
  • External electrical or magnetic interference;
  • Contamination, liquid spills, smoke;
  • Radiation;
  • Impact or dropping of the device;
  • Unauthorized modifications;
  • Unsuitable physical or operational environment;
  • Repair or replacement of plastic components due to cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear.
