The mailing lists functionality helps you build and organize your marketing campaigns much more efficiently. You can create as many mailings lists as you need. Filter guests and add them to the respective list in a few clicks. Export the list to MailChimp (more information available HERE) or a CSV.
You can create review and manage your mailing lists using menu Other functionalities->Mailing lists:
You can create a new mailing list by clicking the New button and name it;
Open an existing mailing list and add or remove as many guests as you need (one by one);
Export the guests from the selected mailing list to MailChimp* or as a csv file.
Multiple guests can be added easily to a mailing list via the Guest profile's advanced search (menu Booking->Guest Profiles ->Advanced search):
- Specify the most relevant search criteria and click on the Add To List button to add all guests matching the search criteria to a mailing list of your choice;
- Specify the most relevant search criteria and click on the View button to see the list of guests matching the search criteria;
- If you wish to add specific guests to a list, select them and use the Add To List button to add them to a specific list;
- If you wish to add all results to a specific list, just click the Add To List button to do so.
The hotel registry report is a convenient way to see information about guests that have stayed at the property. Generally designed to meet the needs of reporting to local authorities, the Registry can also be used by properties to obtain information for export to 3rd party systems.
You can access the Hotel registry from menu Booking->Hotel Registry.
Using the filters, you are able to load profiles of interest and potentially export or print the information.
The information that you will see in the results (the profile fields) are controlled through the Guest Profiles Fields settings. More information available HERE.
Important: The results will contain guest profiles of Checked-in or Checked-out bookings. Profiles from Expected, Cancelled and No Show bookings will not be presented.
