Introduction

In Norway the Invoice KID number is used to make reconciling payments and documents a lot easier. The KID number is unique identification of the sale and is generated automatically during the folio close process and is added to the folio print out. A KID number can be from 2 to 25 digits long. The final figure is a check digit. Calculation of the check digit is based on the algorithms MOD 10/MOD 11.

Activation and use

To have the KID number automatic generation activated for your Clock account contact Clock support team. Once activated the number will be automatically generated and added to your folios/invoices upon their closure.
